About this position
Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Coordinator/Dispatcher in Phoenix, Arizona. Duties will include:
- Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects
- Providing clients with high-quality customer service
- Communicating client needs to field staff
- Inputting data into scheduling software
- Preparing field files for staff
- Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including:
- Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk
- Document organization and filing
- Providing administrative support to project managers
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff
- Experience dispatching for construction or other fast-paced industries (preferred)
