Regional Nursing Home Administrator

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (included but are not limited to):
- Supports the strategic vision of the Company as well as the day-to-day oversight of activities designed to grow and enhance the success of the Company
- Work within our senior living facilities to cultivate new leads and maintain relationships that will improve census
- Identifies opportunities with various medical providers
- Establish business relationships in the local community
- Develops regional sales objectives, plans, and programs
- Promotes positive working relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferable in Business Management and a current nursing home administrator license.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience working with nursing facilities, community relations, sales, and marketing. Previous health care admissions/marketing/sales experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
