- Supportive leadership – Your voice is heard, and your work is appreciated
- Team culture that has your back – No drama, no chaos, just teamwork
- Stable hours & consistent schedules – Plan your life, not just your shifts
- Competitive pay + shift differentials

What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)
- Provide hands-on care with dignity, kindness, and respect
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals)

You won’t just care for residents—you’ll advocate for them.
? What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA certification (OK certificate)
- A compassionate heart and strong work ethic
- Team-first mindset and reliable attendance
- Experience in long-term care is a plus—but new CNAs are welcome
