Rentco's Tool Shed (a division of Rentco Equipment Ltd.) is a local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for over 60 years. They provide the tools and equipment to complete home-owner repairs and maintenance. Rentco's Tool Shed is also a "go-to" place in Grande Prairie for event rentals, permanent holiday lighting, and Stihl and Husqvarna tools.
We are currently looking for a full-time Seasonal Laborer (March to the end of August) to work out of our Grande Prairie Tool Shed location.

We are currently looking for a full-time Seasonal Laborer (March to the end of August) to work out of our Grande Prairie Tool Shed location.
As a Seasonal Labourer, you are responsible for :
- Preparing and loading shipments for customers and clients
- Traveling to customer and client sites to set-up and take-down event tents
- Inspecting returned items for damages and reporting them to Management
- Washing the tents, tables, and chairs according to company standards
- Completing secure and accurate loading and unloaded of deliveries
- Cleaning and organizing the shop and yard
- Performing routine checks on rental equipment to ensure that it is safe and in good working order
- Demonstrating equipment to customers and ensuring they feel comfortable using the rental equipment
- Ability to work outside in all temperatures while wearing required PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights using man-lifts and ladders
- Ability to take initiative and work hard as a team member
- Ability to provide excellent customer service skills
- Class 5 driver’s licence, preferred
- General knowledge of homeowner equipment and mechanical experience would be an asset
- Competitive wages. This position pays $20.00/hr
