About the Role
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Juvenile Justice Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with youth Full involved in the justice system by providing case management, intervention, and advocacy services. You will collaborate with courts, law enforcement, schools, and community partners to support rehabilitation, successful reintegration, and reduced recidivism.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass all required background clearances.
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Assess youth needs, risk factors, and strengths to develop individualized intervention plans.
- Monitor compliance with court-ordered conditions, probation, and rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct home, school, and facility visits to evaluate progress and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate services and community resources to support youth and families.
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet required standards.
