We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team.
Position Overview
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for vehicles at customers’ locations — bringing dealership expertise directly to them. This role is perfect for a highly skilled technician who thrives on autonomy, enjoys face-to-face customer interactions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mobile maintenance and repair services on Chevrolet vehicles at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources.
- Complete scheduled service appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship while meeting safety and quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
- Collaborate with service advisors and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
- Uphold dealership image through professional interaction and exceptional customer care.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Comfort performing service on a variety of systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the service area.
- Familiarity with Chevrolet/LGM-authorized tools and procedures is a plus.
- Must be able to lift tools and parts as needed, and complete hands-on work outdoors when required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
