We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with construction experience, preferably in roofing, to join our team and help drive operational efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support our team in a variety of administrative, operational, and project-based tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in construction environments, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize company documentation, photos, drawings, maps, and other project-related files within a server environment.
- Utilize Roofing CRM and online resources to research, pull scopes, create proposals, and track project details.
- Assist with answering phones, greeting visitors, and general front-office duties.
- Create professional proposals, quotes, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Manage the Owner’s calendar, schedule, and appointments, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and commitments.
- Support special projects as directed by the Owner or management team.
- General filing and administrative tasks as needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes, demonstrating a willingness to “go the extra mile.”

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior construction experience required; roofing industry experience preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Proficiency with Roofing CRM systems and server-based document management.
- Strong internet research skills for obtaining project-related information (scopes, drawings, maps, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
- Strong teamwork attitude and professional, pleasant demeanor.
