Now Hiring: Crane Technician Specialist

Pay: $36–$41 per hour (based on experience, skills, and shift)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for experienced Crane Technicians
Shifts: All shifts available – flexible scheduling
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and related equipment
  • Conduct routine crane inspections per OSHA and manufacturer standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Support broader mechanical and electrical maintenance as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime, as required
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably with overhead cranes and hoisting systems
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid state driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Crane inspector certification (preferred but not required)
  • Industrial Maintenance Technician certification or training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • Leadership experience within a maintenance team
  • Knowledge of heat treat operations, preventive maintenance planning, and performance tracking

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in a factory environment
  • Requires walking, climbing, bending, and maneuvering around machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Close and color vision required for inspections
