About this position

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. The role is located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Construction estimating and quantity take-off skills
Cost management and budgeting skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Familiarity with construction laws and regulations
Proficiency in relevant software programs, such as Excel, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience with LEED certification and sustainability practices is a plus.
