About the role
- Baristas support all sales efforts in the retail stores through outstanding customer service, beverages prepared per Ascension’s highest standards, and a commitment to quality in all of the goods offered.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve all beverages adhering to quality standards
- Ensure guests are warmly received and welcomed to Ascension
- Ensure that sanitary protocol is demonstrated daily
- Maintain coffee knowledge of current and previous offerings
- Educate guests and staff on all coffee and teas carried
- Attend training sessions with the Coffee Trainer
- Demonstrate an ongoing pursuit of education and growth
Qualifications
- Barista experience a plus.
- Experience with high-level customer service.
