Apartment Maintenance Technician

Attention to quality, knowledge of the situation, and speed will be critical to your success.

The successful candidate will have a maintenance background, good organizational, time management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude. Experience in some or all of the following areas is a huge plus:

• General maintenance
• Plumbing and Electrical
• HVAC
• Carpentry
• Grounds and exterior work
• Locks & keys
• Appliance Repair

Other requirements include the following:

• Basic technological skills
• Various physical demands include pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, crawling, crouching, and the ability to move items up to 50 pounds or more without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and a safe driving record
• Must have own set of basic tools and equipment.

• This permanent full-time position is typically 40 hours per week with overtime and a rotating on-call schedule with the rest of the team.
