Latitude Therapy is looking for an excellent provisionally licensed behavior analyst (PLBA) who is ready to make their way in the field of ABA. An ideal candidate will engage our growing client base with their knowledge and experience, while providing RBTs with care, supervision and training. Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Create Behavior Intervention Plan
- Provide supervision and ongoing oversight of programming and tech implementation
- Provide parent training via video and live teleconference sessions for telehealth cases.
- All responsibilities will be conducted via a HIPAA compliant virtual platform.
- Provide ongoing support of staff in a collaborative environment
- Maintain client records in an organized and HIPAA compliant manner
- Maintain communication lines with staff and clients via regular email response and telephone conference when available.

Work Experience/Education
- Provisional License (Required)
- At least 2 years working in ABA (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently with support from senior staff
