POSITION TITLE: OperatorHigh School Diploma or GED Good reading, writing, communication, and math skills are necessary for following written instructions and completing required documentation. Ability to read/understand bills of material 1 -2 years’ light assembly experience preferred. Awareness and understanding of proper procedures to ensure safe use of assembly. Attention to detail and sense of urgency to meet customer needs Work with minimal supervision individual and as a team Computer literate No known allergies to glue/paint/silicone Ability to lift 40# without assistance Build truck components per the customer requirements and quality systems Compliance to standardized work using first/last piece inspection, audit log, work instructions and other processes to ensure consistent quality and productivity. Clean and maintain work area per cleanliness/5S standards Comply with all safety regulations including personal protective equipment
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Production Supervisor
PAY STRUCTURE: Hourly
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Produce horns, compressors, and other components per customer requirements.
