Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Thursday and Friday 8am- 4:30 pm
- Perform thorough floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Execute housekeeping management tasks by maintaining guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify cleaning needs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and efficiency.
