Cabinet Installer – Apartment Renovations Team
Point Real Estate Management is growing our apartment renovation team and looking for a skilled Cabinet Installer to join us on multi-unit remodel projects. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who takes pride in clean installs and quality finishes.
What You’ll Do
- Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets in vacant apartment units that are undergoing renovations
- Read layouts, plans, and measurements accurately
- Ensure cabinets are level, secure, and professionally finished
- Work closely with project managers, maintenance staff, and other trades
- Maintain a clean and safe job site during renovations
- Troubleshoot and adjust installs as needed to meet property standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience installing residential or multi-family cabinets
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Ability to lift cabinets and work on your feet throughout the day
- Renovation, apartment, or property management experience is a plus
