JetRight Aerospace is seeking a driven Outside Sales Specialist to grow new business and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients throughout the greater Nashville area. This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, networking, and delivering a white-glove client experience.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new business with affluent individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and local events
- Present private aviation solutions including charter services, deposit accounts, and aircraft management
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client travel needs and delivering concierge-level service
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance in HubSpot CRM
- Represent JetRight at Nashville-area networking and industry events
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Experience teams
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence with leadership
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations, build trust, and close new relationships
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-management skill
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a high-expectation, results-oriented environment
- Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for occasional weekend engagement and special initiatives
