Alta Labs is a fast-growing networking hardware company. We are seeking a Logistics &

Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day order execution, logistics coordination, customer

communication, and operational administration across multiple domestic and international

warehouses.

This role is critical to ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipments, and clear

communication as we scale our systems and operations, including a transition to Cin7.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Support

·       Enter and manage sales orders accurately in Cin7

·       Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding order status, shipments, RMAs, and logistics questions

·       Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to resolve customer needs efficiently

·       Maintain accurate records for orders, serial numbers, and customer transactions

Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination

·       Coordinate shipments from multiple domestic and international 3PL warehouses

·       Track shipments and proactively follow up with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers

·       Prepare and manage documentation required for customs clearance

·       Assist with Amazon fulfillment activities, including inventory replenishment, transparency labeling, and drop-ship coordination

·       Communicate delays, exceptions, or issues clearly to internal teams and customers

Operational & Administrative Support

·       Manage RMAs, sample shipments, and replacement orders

·       Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and administrative documentation

·       Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance for all outgoing shipments

·       Occasionally assist in the warehouse with order fulfillment during peak periods

What Success Looks Like

·       Orders are entered correctly and on time

·       Shipments are tracked and issues are addressed proactively

·       Customers receive clear, timely communication

·       Operational data is accurate and organized

·       The Operations team can rely on consistent follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

·       2+ years experience in logistics, operations coordination, order management, or a related role

·       Experience working with ERP or order management systems (Cin7, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone

·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

·       Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork

·       Comfortable with technology, including MS Office and cloud-based systems

·       Experience with warehousing, shipping, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus

·       Willingness to occasionally assist in a hands-on warehouse environment
