Brake Pad is seeking one or more friendly, outgoing and experienced servers to join our team at a high-volume neighborhood restaurant and bar. Our establishment is deeply rooted in the local community, but also regularly serves guests from the nearby airport and convention center. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing warm, attentive service to a diverse clientele.
Requirements
Well-qualified candidates will possess the following traits:
Passionate for food and beverage!
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably in casual fine dining
Friendly; energetically interacting with guests
Flourishes is a casual but professional culture
Motivated and excellent at multi-tasking under pressure
Efficient with the ability to hustle, displaying a constant sense of urgency
Great at communicating and being a team player who knows how to contribute to cultivating a fun work environment
Has reliable transportation
