Roofing Sales Consultant
Location: Burr Ridge, IL | Full-Time | Base + Commission

What You’ll Do:
Conduct roof inspections and diagnose storm damage or needed repairs
Serve as the direct point of contact for customers throughout the insurance and roofing process
Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Collect payments and oversee each project through to completion
Actively generate new business through field sales in storm-affected neighborhoods
Manage your sales pipeline and project flow with high autonomy
What We’re Looking For:
A self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales (roofing experience is not required)
Someone who is comfortable climbing onto roofs and performing on-site inspections
An individual who values flexibility and financial potential, but also thrives in a results-driven environment
Must live within 45 minutes of Burr Ridge, IL
Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Ability to drive projects independently while working within a team-oriented company culture
