Facilities Maintenance Position

 Join Saucon Valley Country Club as a Part-Time Maintenance team member and enjoy $20/hr, golf privileges, and a role that keeps our premier club running smoothly! 

Schedule: 

• Regular Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. . 
• Additional Coverage: Flexible evening shifts available based on seasonal activity and staff coverage needs. 

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a responsible, motivated individual for a year-round part-time General Maintenance role. The ideal candidate will ensure the maintenance of our premier facility while maintaining a professional and courteous presence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform general maintenance tasks  
• Conduct AED and fire extinguisher checks 
• Restock first aid kits as needed 
• Understand and follow emergency protocols 
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly 

 Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience 
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Must be flexible and dependable, especially during evenings, holidays, and weekends as required 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, emails, and short correspondence 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Hourly Rate: $20/hour
