About the Role
Hahn is looking for a versatile and strategic social media and influencer marketing professional to lead and grow our organic and influencer programs. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, serve as a team of one in the near term, and build out scalable programs that drive results for our clients.
You'll take full ownership of social and influencer strategy, content creation, and performance optimization across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.. You’ll be responsible for developing trend-savvy content, identifying and managing influencer relationships, and collaborating across departments to deliver integrated, creative campaigns.
A successful candidate brings a blend of storytelling prowess, platform fluency, creator economy experience, and entrepreneurial drive. Bonus points if you're comfortable capturing social-first content on the fly.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Leadership
Lead and execute organic social media strategy across platforms, aligning with brand and client goals.
Own editorial calendars, campaign planning, publishing, and channel performance.
Create or oversee development of platform-native content including visuals, short-form video, and social copy.
Monitor and analyze social metrics to refine content and increase audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
Stay on top of social trends and algorithm changes to inform forward-thinking strategies.
Write scripts and provide feedback for short-form videos, ensuring they are engaging and on-brand.
Provide occasional on-the-ground content capture for live or rapid-response needs (event coverage, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
Influencer & Creator Program Development
Develop and lead the agency’s influencer and UGC strategy—including sourcing talent, negotiating contracts, and overseeing execution.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including product coordination, deliverables, timelines, and performance reporting.
Brief and coach creators to develop engaging, conversion-driven UGC.
Build a pipeline of creators and maintain strong talent relationships.
Coordinate with paid media teams to optimize influencer content for amplification.
Track ROI, manage budgets, and use insights to evolve campaign frameworks.
Utilize social listening to uncover trends, assess creator impact, and enhance creative direction.
Cross-functional & Strategic Contributions
Advise leadership on social/influencer best practices, platform changes, and growth opportunities.
Serve as the go-to expert for social and influencer marketing across the agency.
Contribute to client pitches and business development with forward-thinking ideas and case studies.
Help define and execute a long-term vision for Hahn’s social and influencer offerings.
About You
8+ years in social media and/or influencer marketing with hands-on and strategic experience.
Demonstrated success scaling social accounts and running high-performing influencer campaigns.
Fluent in platform-specific storytelling techniques across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and more.
Experienced in creator recruitment, negotiation, content briefing, and performance tracking.
Self-starter who can operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Comfortable being both strategic and tactical, jumping between writing captions, negotiating with influencers, and presenting to clients.
Bonus: Capable of on-site social content capture with basic photography or video production skills.
Location
Flexible/Remote, with occasional in-person work for content capture or team collaboration depending on campaign needs.
Additional Considerations
Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
