Pool Attendant

Job Summary

Greets and assists members and guests by maintaining maximum presence and professionalism, with appropriate attention to members’ needs.

This is a seasonal position that would run from mid-May through Labor Day.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pool facilities and issue towels and pool amenities to guests.
• Maintain all pool facilities in a clean and attractive condition.
• Maintain stock and appearance levels for all facility supplies.
• Report safety hazards to the supervisor on duty.
• Special projects as directed by Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Services or Aquatics Supervisor. 
• Follows CCM mission and values, including providing the best quality service possible. “Service with a Smile” is a key element in providing a positive experience. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
• Requires long periods of sitting, standing, frequent bending.
