Responsibilities:

• Supervise ink support staff and oversee all ink-related operations.
• Provide 24/7 quality support, including multi-site responsibility.
• Deliver on-site customer service and sales support.
• Manage customer orders, inventory, and ink blending processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead color matching, maintain formulation records, and reduce obsolete/returned materials.
• Establish quality standards and coordinate product trials with customers.
• Serve as liaison for product development and VOC compliance, maintaining required monitoring and reports.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards at customer locations.
• Perform all supervisory duties, including scheduling, evaluations, and employee discipline.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience overseeing production, quality control, and workforce management.
