KRS Holdings is a locally-owned and trusted property management firm with nearly 20 years of proven success, currently managing 4,000+ rental properties across Virginia and North Carolina.
As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a skilled Real Estate Agent to join our team and help serve our expanding network of investor clients. This exclusive in-house role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional who understands market analysis, has a deep knowledge of investment properties, and is ready to close deals. While we provide a strong pipeline of inbound opportunities, this role also requires a proactive mindset and consistent outbound outreach, we want someone who will actively prospect and pick up the phone, not wait for leads to come in.
What will you do:
- Represent investor clients and property owners in buying and selling real estate
- Specialize in single-family and multi-family investment properties
- Leverage a consistent pipeline of inbound leads from our existing client base
- Perform detailed market analyses to help investors make data-driven decisions
- Work closely with our internal property management team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Focus on closing transactions, not lead generation or business development
- Operate from our local Richmond office with full administrative and team support
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking more than just a licensed agent—we want a real estate investment professional who understands how to identify value, read the market, and build wealth for clients through smart property deals.
- Active Virginia Real Estate License - Required to hit the ground running
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, ideally with investor clientele
- Expertise in market analysis - You can spot emerging trends, evaluate ROI, and forecast neighborhood growth with confidence
- Understanding of investment properties - You know what makes a good deal, and how to articulate value to investor clients
- Proactive prospector – You’re not afraid to cold call, follow up, and initiate conversations with key industry players such as mortgage brokers, Real Estate Investors and commercial Real Estate agents
- Persuasive communicator - Clear, credible, and confident in both written and verbal conversations
- Confident closer - Skilled at building trust over the phone and converting warm leads into long-term clients
- Driven self-starter - You thrive in a fast-paced, deal-focused environment where activity equals results
- Tech-savvy and organized - You’re efficient with CRMs, email tools, mobile apps, and digital workflows that streamline sales
Compensation & Perks
- $80,000–$100,000+ first-year income potential
- $12,000 base salary + commission on closed deals
