HYBRID | ONSITE AT JOSTENS’ MINNEAPOLIS HEADQUARTERS 3 DAYS/WEEK

 
ABOUT YOU:
You are a strategic, detail-oriented product leader who thrives on turning insight into action. As Product Manager – Regalia, you will lead the strategy, development, and commercial success of Jostens’ Regalia category—including caps, gowns, tassels, stoles, cords, medals, and accessories. You will own the full product lifecycle—from insight discovery and concept development to launch and in-market performance—ensuring assortments are competitive, on-trend, and aligned with financial and brand goals.
This role blends design thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape one of Jostens’ most visible and meaningful product categories.
 

YOU WILL:

  • Lead the Regalia product strategy. Define and continually refine the vision and roadmap aligned with revenue, margin, and brand positioning goals.
  • Own the full product lifecycle. Drive initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing in-market performance.
  • Balance cost, quality, and innovation. Deliver competitive assortments by managing trade-offs across pricing, sustainable materials, customization options, and production capabilities.
  • Serve as the Regalia subject-matter expert. Provide insights on trends, performance, and category strategy to leadership, buyers, and external partners.
  • Drive operational excellence. Own product processes and partner cross-functionally to document workflows, improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enable scalable growth.
  • Gather customer insights. Analyze feedback from sales teams, retailers, events, students, and administrators to inform future assortments and improvements.
  • Collaborate across functions. Work closely with sourcing, marketing, sales, operations, and finance to ensure aligned execution and go-to-market success.
 

YOU HAVE:

  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Product Development Experience. 3–5 years of experience in product line development, management, or execution.
  • Resourcefulness. Ability to leverage internal partners and tools to achieve plan objectives.
  • Execution Agility. Self-starter who can prioritize across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational Discipline. Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical & Results Focus. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Communication Skills. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across levels of the organization.
  • Technical Familiarity. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, OnBase, or Wrike preferred.

Our Marketing team leverages digital marketing strategies and tactics focused on schools, independent sales reps, parents, and students to deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right time. Team members will understand and leverage customer insights through data analysis & testing to then create experiences and relevant content throughout the customer journey and to support our specialized products lines including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products, and Professional Sports. Through executing across a variety of consumer touchpoints on jostens.com, social, e-mail and print materials, the team collaborates with internal partners to create relevant and timely marketing campaigns to meet the needs of our customers.
