As a Heartland Finance Starter, you’ll be trained and mentored to help others navigate essential financial choices, from protecting their income to planning for retirement. You’ll work from home, set your own schedule, and build valuable skills for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with clients virtually over Zoom or phone
Use company-provided tools and scripts to guide financial conversations
Learn through structured onboarding, training calls, and mentorship
Work part-time or full-time depending on your availability
