Gregory Construction is growing — and we need a driven Talent Acquisition professional who can keep pace. We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordinator to lead recruiting efforts for craft labor, field operations, and professional roles.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance

  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and execute hiring strategies

  • Aggressively source craft and field candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, community outreach, and workforce partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects

  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate mid- and senior-level interviews

  • Manage ATS activity, reporting, and recruiting metrics

  • Represent Gregory Construction at career fairs and community hiring events

  • Lead internship and university recruiting efforts to develop long-term talent pipelines

  • Support onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience (construction or skilled trades strongly preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with proactive outreach

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems 

  • High level of organization, urgency, and follow-through

  • Professional communication skills and strong relationship-building ability

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
