HVAC Installation Lead

We’re looking for an exceptional HVAC Installation Lead who takes pride in their craft and consistently delivers high-quality installations and outstanding customer experiences.

As an HVAC Installation Lead, you will oversee residential and light commercial HVAC system installations from start to finish. You will lead and mentor an HVAC Installation Apprentice, ensure systems are installed safely and according to manufacturer specifications and code, and represent our brand professionally in customers’ homes. By working closely with dispatch, and management, you will help complete installations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and related components
• Ensure all systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
• Oversee and guide installation apprentices and helpers to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
• Lay out and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, venting, electrical connections, and condensate drainage
• Perform system start-up procedures including charging, airflow verification, and operational testing
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain installation work, system operation, and collection of final payment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site throughout the installation process
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and properly inventoried with installation materials and tools
• Complete accurate installation documentation, job notes, equipment registration, and required paperwork
• Follow all applicable HVAC codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training to improve installation quality and team performance

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• 3 Years of experience installing residential HVAC Systems (Preferred)
• Clean and safe driving record
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High integrity and professionalism in customers’ homes
