About this position
Electris360, a division of Forward Solutions, is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you must reside in Hiawatha, IA and able to come in office 3 days a week. You will support the outside sales team, assist customers, and help drive business growth through accurate order processing, quoting, coordination, and exceptional service.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Support outside sales representatives with quoting, order entry, and follow-up activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and order status
- Communicate manufacturer policies, programs, and service commitments to customers
- Assist with resolving customer issues and escalate complex matters as appropriate
- Maintain accurate manufacturer data related to pricing, freight terms, and commitments
Order, Pricing & Contract Support
- Prepare and manage quotes, stock pricing, SPAs, blanket contracts, and customer-specific pricing
- Maintain and update pricing records and contract documentation in company systems
- Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with manufacturer policies
- Assist with contract administration and pricing updates as needed
Systems & Workflow
- Use CRM, REVit, and other sales systems to manage customer data, opportunities, quotes, and orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting and follow-up
- Assist with internal reporting and coordination between sales, manufacturers, and customers
- Maintain organized digital files, shared drives, and reference materials
Product & Market Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of represented manufacturers, products, and applications
- Stay current on assigned vertical markets and customer segments
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and systems training
Required Skills & Abilities
- Ability to perform all core functions of an inside sales or sales support role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales support tools
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, electrical, or service-based sales environments preferred
- Familiarity with pricing structures, contracts, and order processing
- Experience working with CRM and sales systems
