Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay.



Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

- Process reservations and manage room assignments using the hotel management system.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.

- This position may be responsible for airport shuttles as needed.



Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
