Full-Time | $60,000+ annually (Base + Performance Bonuses)

Stamford Ford is a premier automotive dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences in both sales and service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented professional to join our Service Department as a Customer Service Representative. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department by managing incoming and outgoing customer communications, timely accurate appointment scheduling and entry level Service Advisor duties.This position offers a defined career path with the opportunity to advance into a Service Advisor role based on performance, training completion and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage inbound service department calls and inquiries
  • Place outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or adjust service appointments
  • Educate customers on routine vehicle maintenance and available service offerings
  • Accurately enter customer and service details into the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future engagement
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for appointment setting and customer service satisfaction
  • Respond to texts, emails, and web inquiries using dealership communication tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products, services, and promotional offers
  • Learn the Service Advisor position and fill in when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Prior experience in a BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary Information

$60000.0 - $75000.0 Hourly Wage
