Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with organizational standards. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and close collaboration with internal teams to meet operational goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management and leadership and overall supervision for the warehouse team • Leadership, mentorship, and oversight of the Modification Team
- Co-ordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as maintenance, parking, safety, and security.
- Plan, organize, and conduct all inventory management activities.
- Responsible for the overall appearance of the warehouse and Modification Center.
- Implement and adhere to Lean principles.
- Develop process improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and improve effectiveness.
- Develop strategic objectives for the Modification Center team. Set and monitor specific measurable goals.
- Work closely with the Sales department and GM on key projects and issues.
- Responsible for the Quality performance and processes within the organization.
- Liaison with the relevant quality leaders at factory suppliers for factory related quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage quality assurance processes and liaise with suppliers.
- Experience in coordinating logistics and shipment activities.
