Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). In this role, you will lead the clinical process from assessment to implementation, serving as a mentor to staff and a vital resource for parents. Our client values independence and clinical expertise, empowering you to manage your caseload with autonomy while remaining part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Planning
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and skill deficits.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Utilize data-driven insights to develop appropriate interventions and monitor progress.
Training & Mentorship
Provide hands-on training and supervision to staff members to ensure treatment fidelity.
Deliver behavior management training and education to parents and caregivers to ensure skill generalization at home.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other interdisciplinary professionals to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to treatment.
Communicate effectively with families to provide updates, support, and clinical guidance.
Qualifications
Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the BACB is required.
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with families.
Work Style: Ability to work independently in a home-based setting while contributing effectively to a team-based culture.
