About this position

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities, Infrastructure and Projects, the Facilities Coordinator, Facilities and Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating all requests directed to the department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate and follow up on facilities and infrastructure requests
  • Manage inventories, assets, invoices, and service calls
  • Support clinics, departmental projects, and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with suppliers and analyze quotes
  • Assist team members with departmental tasks

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) - French is an asset
  • Facilities experience preferred
  • Dental industry experience considered an asset
