A key part of this role is managing the end-to-end Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) lifecycle—from strategic planning to production and distribution—while ensuring brand consistency and channel relevance.You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product/Design teams and manage relationships with both local and international vendors, including China-based suppliers. Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
Execute the trade marketing calendar in alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key sales initiatives.Collaborate with Digital, E-commerce, and Web teams to launch omnichannel promotions that improve B2B customer experience and boost conversion.Partner with manufacturers and third-party vendors to ensure marketing collateral is compliant with brand guidelines across all B2B touchpoints.Support B2B loyalty programs and help disseminate promotional content and assets across relevant channels.Analytics & Market Research
Track and analyze POSM performance and promotional effectiveness; report on ROI and provide recommendations for future optimizations.Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and source innovative POSM and activation ideas.Visit retail and trade environments monthly to gather local market insights that inform campaign adjustments and long-term strategy.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Compliance teams to coordinate messaging and execution of integrated B2B campaigns.Provide consistent feedback from the field to internal teams to improve programs, materials, and operational efficiency.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, trade/field marketing, or B2B channel marketing—ideally within a retail or consumer products environment.Proven experience managing POSM strategy, production, and vendor coordination (including international vendors and timelines).Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin is a strong asset but not required).Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Strong project management and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and familiarity with AI tools are assets.Willingness to travel up to 10% across Canada for in-market visits and activations (when required).What you can expect from Pacific Smoke International:At our company, we strive to provide our team members with the best possible support.
