Full-Time | $50,000+ base plus commission

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams
Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer needs
Maintain steady workflow and track vehicle service timelines
Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction
Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and quality

What We’re Looking For
Experience

Automotive or transportation industry background preferred
Previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience a plus

Skills and Traits

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and scheduling systems
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Positive, teachable attitude with problem-solving ability
