This role is ideal for someone who thrives in electrical coordination, field execution, and technical leadership across complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical and MEP activities, from early coordination through commissioning and closeoutMentor and support MEP Coordinators, with emphasis on electrical systems, constructability, and system performanceDrive electrical, MEP, and commissioning quality standards in partnership with QA/QCSupport prefabrication planning and execution for electrical systems in the shop and fieldAssist preconstruction with electrical/MEP budgets, bid packages, and work plansCollaborate with VDC and trade partners to ensure models support accurate installation and commissioningPerform and document field surveys of existing electrical and MEP conditionsPartner with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure work is safe, coordinated, and ready for commissioningEnsure model-based installation translates effectively to the fieldSupport owner demonstrations, training, and system turnover, ensuring electrical and MEP systems perform as intendedQualifications5–10+ years of experience with electrical and MEP systems, including commissioning and closeoutStrong understanding of power distribution, lighting, life safety, and low-voltage systemsProven experience leading or supporting commissioning activities on complex projectsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (not required)Electrical or MEP trade experience may substitute for a degreeCommissioning credentials such as CCP, BCxP, or similar preferred; PE, LEED AP, CHC, or electrical licenses a plusExperience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, PlanGrid, or CMiC
