Dishwasher – Part Time | $15.50–$16.75/hr | Worcester, MA 01606

The Briarwood Community is hiring a Dishwasher to join our Dining Services Team. This part-time role ($15.50–$16.75 per hour) is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Typical schedule is Mondays 11:00 am–4:30 pm, Fridays 3:00 pm–7:30 pm, and Saturdays 3:00 pm–7:30 pm, with flexibility based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, kitchen floors, and workstations.

• Assist with basic kitchen cleanup and support tasks as needed.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines at all times.

• Support the Dining Services team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• No licenses or certifications required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

• Previous food service or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
