Schedules and reserves LTL Orders after financial release in systems (SL)
Schedules and reserves LTL Outbound Reclaim Swap Orders
Assigns Outbound and Inbound customer Orders to FTL team if weight/dimensions are exceeded. Works with FTL team to coordinate Outbound shipments to customers.
Assigns Outbound Stock Transfer Orders to FTL team if weight/dimensions are exceeded. Works with FTL team to coordinate Outbound Sales Order shipments to customers.
Track LTL/TL Stock Transfers
Scheduling of FTL DLA cylinder returns
Scheduling Hot Shot shipments
Intermodal stock transfers
Assisting with scheduling FTL/Volume shipments
Candidate should have the following skills, education and experience:
1-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, production planning, or other relevant supply chain roles
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or similar). Understanding of MRP is preferred
Proficient use of Microsoft programs
Above average verbal and written communication and reasoning skills
Strong ability to define problems, data collection and ability to work under tight deadlines and timescales while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt
