About this position
Job Summary
The Guest Services Concierge takes a proactive and welcoming approach in greeting and assisting patients and visitors in a prompt manner. This role provides directional assistance to those who are navigating the campus, offer wayfinding information, answer questions and actively contribute to an overall positive experience at the facility. This person will be responsible for walking and guiding patients and visitors to various areas of the facility as needed.
Professional Requirements:
Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Ability to proactively seek out and identify persons in need of assistance.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
Adhere to dress code provided.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
