Due to extensive growth, an exciting career opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join our EzyStrut team at our new facility in Richlands, QLD.


Your new role:

Join a supportive customer service team where your work really matters. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be building strong customer relationships, processing telephone orders, providing timely quotations, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.

You will bring:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales or administration role
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
