About this position
The Role
We’re hiring a litigation-focused divorce and family law attorney (4–8 years preferred; 3–4+ minimum) who thrives in a model where the firm sets strategic direction and the associate owns disciplined, high-output execution.
You will:
- Handle contested divorce and family law matters through resolution.
- Appear in court; handle motions, hearings, conferences, depositions, and trials.
- Draft strong pleadings, discovery, agreements, and orders.
- Move cases forward daily with urgency and organization.
- Maintain clean, thorough file documentation.
- Practice a disciplined, cost-benefit litigation strategy.

Compensation- $135,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus structure and benefits

- Tech fluent or comfortable learning tech and able to leverage modern tools ethically to increase efficiency.
