Responsibilities:

• Operated and monitored pharmaceutical blending machines to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials according to batch records and SOPs.
• Set up, adjusted, and operated tablet compression machines to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Performed in-process checks including weight variation, hardness, thickness, and friability testing.
• Followed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and company safety procedures at all times.
• Accurately completed batch production records and maintained detailed documentation.
• Conducted equipment cleaning, changeovers, and line clearance in compliance with SOPs.
• Troubleshot minor mechanical issues and coordinated with maintenance for major repairs.
• Ensured proper material handling and verification of raw materials before processing.
• Worked collaboratively with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to maintain compliance.

Required Experience:

• Operation of blending and compression machinery
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and FDA regulations
• In-process quality control testing
• Equipment setup and changeover
• Batch documentation and record keeping
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical safety standards
