On Premise Sales Support Representative

Primary Duties:
Learn on- and off-premise sales processes
Sell in new products and increase distribution of primary, secondary, and high-end brands
Execute current and future price promotions with customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; discuss sales trends and opportunities
Assist with special events and trade shows
Merchandising & Displays
Book displays and assist with building and merchandising large displays
Ensure all permanent POS is clean, functional, and properly placed at each location
Ensure all product packaging meets company packaging standards; remove non-compliant packaging
Equipment, Vehicle & Maintenance
Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained inside and out
Read and follow directions for mixing and using cleaning chemicals
Clean tavern heads, tap handles, faucets, and related equipment per AB and EDI standards
Track and document line-cleaning dates and maintain accurate records for each retail account
Additional Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
Ability to lift, load, unload, and move product that weighs up 60 lbs constantly and up to 165 lbs occasionally.
Ability to work in a cool environment. (as low as 40 degrees)
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Drivers license
Attend all required meetings, webinars and conference calls
Complete all assigned ABU training
Beverage industry experience preferred
