Position Summary:
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests on the golf course and throughout the clubhouse. This position requires a friendly, service-oriented attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding club standards and state regulations. The role also supports Busser and Food Runner duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to members on the golf course and in the clubhouse according to club standards and recipes.
- Ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked, clean, and in working order throughout the shift.
- Conduct pre-round checks to confirm the cart is operational and stocked.
- Operate the beverage cart in a safe, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to golf course etiquette.
- Follow all applicable state liquor laws and club procedures when serving alcoholic beverages.
- Accurately record all transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system; assist with daily sales reporting as required.
- Assist with inventory and restocking of food, beverage, and merchandise items.
- Stay informed of club events, golf tournaments, and member activities to anticipate service needs.
- Maintain clean and presentable working areas, including the beverage cart, clubhouse, restrooms, and surrounding areas (e.g., dusting, cleaning tables, emptying trash, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess or obtain a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certificate and Operator’s License.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and compliance with, all applicable health regulations and liquor laws.
- Must have and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license for operation of the beverage cart.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Previous customer service and bartending experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and climb as needed during the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
