What You'll Be Doing
As our Residential Plumber / Water Heater Installer, you'll:
- Install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing and related heating issues with confidence
- Ensure all work meets local building and plumbing codes
- Pull permits and maintain compliance when required
- Work safely, cleanly, and professionally inside customers’ homes
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
You'll be trusted to represent our brand in the field - and we'll give you the support to succeed.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience (water heater installs strongly preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of local codes, safety standards, and permit procedures
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Pride in your work and the drive to grow
