Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue through inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you’ll qualify leads, educate prospects, and guide customers through a structured sales process while delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
     
  • Contact and follow up with new and existing leads
     
  • Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and readiness
     
  • Explain products, pricing, and value propositions
     
  • Follow approved sales scripts and overcome objections
     
  • Document calls and update lead information in the CRM

Required:

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
     
  • Confidence on the phone for extended periods
     
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process
     
  • Coachable mindset and strong work ethic
     
  • Basic computer and CRM skills

  • Inside sales or call center experience
     
  • Consultative or service-based sales background
     
  • Goal-driven, competitive mindset
