Then we have a spot for you at HHM Health. We are seeking a Lab Technician/ Medical Assistant to join our growing team at our Mesquite location. As part of the HHM team, you’ll create a welcoming environment and help ensure an exemplary patient experience.

Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:

  • Perform venipunctures.
  • Provide routine collection of multiple samples from a patient in a single visit
  • Eliminate biological waste properly and safely.
  • Assist in our mission to provide access to quality health care
  • Work with a diverse patient population in the heart of Dallas
  • Share your expertise and best practices to help us become the provider of choice

What you need to succeed

To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years’ phlebotomy experience in a patient care environment
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required
  • Experience in community health centers and/or non-profits is preferred.
  • Experience serving multicultural and multilingual patient populations
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar and MS Office Suite skills
  • Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
