2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship
Canon Financial Services, Inc. is currently hiring for our 2026 Canon Insights Internship Program. The program will be held from Tuesday, June 2, 2026 - Thursday, August 6, 2026.
Canon is an innovative global digital imaging leader that uses technology to dissolve the barriers we face in the connections we build, the experiences we create, and even the lives we live. We are looking for passionate and experienced students to join the Canon USA team. This is a paid summer internship 10-week robust experience.
Canon Financial Services, Inc. (CFS) is currently located in Mount Laurel, NJ and will be relocating to Burlington, NJ during the summer of 2026.
What You’ll Do:
- You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects that help you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningful contribution to Canon's business and goals.
- You will be exposed to world-class teams and our business, marketing, and strategy initiatives through training, meetings, presentations, and other planned activities.
- You’ll gain marketable skills and knowledge that you’ll need in transitioning into the workforce.
- You’ll come to the office 2 days a week and 3 days with the option to work from home (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). This position offers a hybrid work schedule on full-time (8:30 AM – 5 PM) schedule based on a 37.50-hour work week. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Who You Are:
- An undergraduate student who is currently a junior or will be entering their senior year as of the Summer 2026, pursuing a major aligned to the department of interest.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Team player and work independently.

Your Impact
2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship - Marketing and Corporate Communications Intern
The intern will play an integral role in supporting key departmental initiatives and will contribute to the following responsibilities:
Marketing Support
- Sales Support: Assist in creating sleek, persuasive marketing flyers, brochures and sales education presentations/webinars for our internal sales teams.
- Audience Management: Manage and update email subscriber lists to ensure our outreach is hitting the right targets.
- Trade Shows & Events: Support "tradeshow readiness" by coordinating collateral, managing inventory of marketing materials, and organizing giveaways.
- Creative Services: Act as a creative resource for internal business needs, including employee engagement events and specific initiatives like WiLL (Women in Leadership) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
Communications & Social Media
- Employee Social Welfare: Assist with the creation of engaging announcements and promotional materials for employee welfare programs, including raffles, giveaways, and company sports events.
- Social media: Serve as a key contributor to our LinkedIn strategy, helping to grow our professional brand and online presence. Assist with managing content calendar.
- CSR Initiatives: Participate as an active team member in Corporate Social Responsibility activities, from planning stages to event execution.
Culture & HR Collaboration
- Employee Engagement: Partner with the HR team to support internal culture-building initiatives, ensuring our company remains a great place to work.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
A currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as of the Summer 2026, in a discipline aligned to the department, bringing strong written and verbal communication skills and advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus! (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and social media platforms (specifically LinkedIn). Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Organizational Aptitude: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once without losing track of the details.
- Mindset: A "no task is too small" attitude combined with the confidence to share new, creative ideas.
We are providing the anticipated rate for this role $20.00 hourly.
