Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician at Maxx 159 and Harmony at Hurley Farms in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our POD communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00/hour.
  • All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call. 
  • Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications***
Requirements:
  • General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA-related standards. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
  • Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team.
  • Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed.
  • Basic computer skills.


In this role, you will:

  • Support the completion of make-ready homes to Mark-Taylor standards.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair minor issues with HVAC systems, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall. 
  • Maintain daily pool care, ensuring proper chemical balance and a safe environment. 
  • Inspect the community for safety hazards, address issues, and communicate concerns to the Manager of Facilities and Service. 
  • Assist with inventory management for parts and cleaning supplies. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents and service partners. 
  • Participate in on-call rotations with the service team.
